I would like to have scaling as a option to stretch or change objects size.
also i want water dynamic fluids to be added if possible.

Scaling is already implemented. Dynamic fluids is very processing intensive so I don't think that will really work in a program like this.

then how does aw have their water ? cant we gett something similair ? btw they have implimented the nvidia SDK for physX dunno if that would really benefit tho
